Monica Kubizniak

Monica graduated with a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2000. In the past 10 years she has worked in community health centres, hospitals and private practice both in Australia and overseas. In addition she has a background in Sports Science, and is happy to work with junior and keen recreational athletes to refine their diet for sports performance. She provides practical advice on healthy eating and is happy to work with children, adolescents and adults (including the area of women’s health, fertility and pregnancy).

Monica offers up-to-date dietary counseling to manage all areas of health such as being overweight, malnutrition, diabetes (including gestational diabetes), high blood pressure, high cholesterol, irritable bowel syndrome, Coeliac Disease, PCOS, osteoporosis, arthritis and food allergy.

Chloe graduated from Flinders’ University in 2008, and has since worked as a Dietitian in clinical, community and private practice, and as a university lecturer. She has completed her Masters of Public Health.

At present, Chloe spreads her time between her clients here at BJC, whilst also tutoring Health Science students at UWS, and working with the Rabbitoh’s under-20’s team.

Chloe specializes in:

  • Inflammatory arthritic conditions
  • Food Intolerance (Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Food Chemical Intolerance)
  • Sports nutrition, particularly working with endurance athletes
  • Overweight/obesity and their associated co-morbidities (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, Type 2 Diabetes)

She is also happy to see clients with malnutrition, inflammatory bowel disease, Coeliac Disease, PCOS, osteoporosis, eating disorders and food allergies.

Kate graduated with a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney after completing a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology. Kate has always had a passion for health and loves helping others achieve their health and well-being goals.

Kate has gained experience working in public hospitals, community health, corporate health, and in the private sector in metropolitan and regional practices.

With up-t0-date information and through a practical approach, Kate works with her clients to support them to achieve their optimal health goals. She is able to provide dietary counselling for all areas including weight loss, diabetes (including gestational diabetes), high cholesterol, high blood pressure, IBS, Coeliac disease, osteoporosis, arthritis, PCOS and food allergy and intolerance.
